I had tix locked up for Super Bowl for less than $1000 a piece before season.

I assume you don't like Taylor because of her music.

None of my friends wanted to risk it. They are now going for $9,000 per ticket. Amateur hour on their part and mine not locking them up.
Years ago I and three other guys went to Suberbowl 34 (2000), and paid face value $200 a ticket. Two years later (2002) we went again and ticket price had doubled to $400. $1,000 for a ticket, 22 years later, doesn’t sound bad at all.

Hang onto them until at least April. Selling them too soon will make you look desperate to potential buyers

I went to Super Bowl last year. Cheapest Super Bowl I'll ever attend. In-laws live in Phoenix so we stayed at their place and they gave us a car to drive. My wife bought Southwest tickets 6 months in advance. Wife's cousin is married to Justin Tucker. Called him and he got us two tickets at face for 1K each. I think Mrs. Urohawk and I went to SB for under 3K round trip.

I don't think I'm going to be able to call him and ask for tickets this year. Might be a bit salty.

Decent ROI. Nothing spectacular.

9k a ticket. Unbelievable. Sure makes a lot of those cliche comments not so cliche.
