So we should have given him a ride?Sometimes everyone needs a good "I told you so" to wake up.
Ok - I despise critique of players, and this isn't what my response is. But veiled critique of coaches or the program, which this is, is nearly as off-putting. Austin, by all accounts is a great kid and great teammate. His coaches and teammates have all publicly lauded his outside shot. However, he doesn't appear as athletic, quick, nor did he display the handles our recently maligned guards have received for being slow, not agile, bad shooters, and a bunch of other crap. Austin hit only 30% in his career from 3, in pretty uncontested shots during garbage time. Seriously, how did the staff mis-mangage this personnel decision?Sometimes everyone needs a good "I told you so" to wake up.

I hope he has tremendous success wherever he lands....he's put in time and effort, and deserves to have fun running up and down a court net year. I'll be pulling for him.
How many threes will he shoot at a smaller school with starting minutes?
Was I the only one who's sarcasm meter is working? I mean I hope it was sarcasm, I did get a smile out of it. Go get 'em, AustinOk - I despise critique of players, and this isn't what my response is. i Don’t want to crap on the kid, but he wasn’t good even in garbage time.
