The 34th Hall of Fame class includes B.J. Armstrong (men’s basketball), Cherie Freddie (field hockey), Jolette Law (women’s basketball), Terri McFarland (softball), Brent Metcalf (wrestling), Peaches Roach Findlay (women’s track and field), Bill Seaberg (men’s basketball), J. Daniel Sherman (wrestling), Eric Steinbach (football) and Anne West Burmeister (rowing).

Bill Seaberg played on two Final Four teams in the Mid-1950's.
1954-55 team finished 4th in Final Four and the 1955-56 team
finished 2nd in Final Four. Both of those seasons the Hawkeyes
won the Big Ten Conference. The Fab Five were Carl Cain, Bill
Logan, Bill Schoof, Bill Seaberg, and Sharm Scheuerman.

I love how the McCaffery family embraces the history of Iowa basketball.

I had a great feeling that was going to be the case when I saw Jess Settles and others at the introductory press conference announcing Fran as the head coach. Other former Hawks too that I don't recall off the top of my head.

And you definitely couldn't say the same for Alford and Lick.

All five had their #s retired. Now three of them are in the UIADHOF.
Surely the other two will be inducted at some point?

Keegan Murray ...99% this will happen
Greg Stokes ...90% this will happen
Acie Earl ...85% this will happen
Roy Marble ...85% this will happen
Dave Gunther ...75% this will happen
Jess Settles ...50% this will happen
