This is a GREAT rec for a bar hop in downtown Iowa City! Lets not go to DT IC, Lets go to a place that is awesome in the summer even though it is winter!
He was already going to Sam’s, which is on the way out Gilbert St. I pointed out those issues, but think it’s worth seeing if someone is visiting and hasn’t been there yet. Great input though.
Anyone been to the St Burch Tavern? I havent been to bars in Iowa city in a loooong time and was sad to see the Atlas is no longer a thing (worked there in college).. but happy to see the Buffalo Burrito still lives on
Actually was to their basement bar not too long ago. Nice little setup.

Start off at Brothers for 10 cent wings head on over to 808, then One Eyed Jake's then Fieldhouse.
Oh man, that old Fieldhouse was a goldmine for scoring some strange!
