Personally, I would suspend the coach for the season so he can take care of his problems. In my opinion it's the ONLY way Haden creates an acceptable culture for his staff, players, and fans. By suspending Steve Sarkisian it validates that people and character are more important than a game. I believe this situation could well endanger Haden's job.
