While some of you retards are using this lovely day to tell us how America sucks, I thought I'd take a minute to tell you how awesome this little thermometer is. I'm nearly 8 hours in on 2 pork butts. Using the igrill for the first time. I've found that the dome thermometer on my Wsm is as much as 20 degrees off. I have 2 probes, one for dome temp and one in a butt and can see them on my phone anywhere in my house. If you're like me and constantly taking the temp, this is for you. I hear the maverick is good too.
