He said he shoots better than Bohannon. If he hits 7 of 10 from 3 from 5 feet behind the arc, who will argue with that?
I predict with my psychic abilities that if he gets in he will shoot the ball.I predict he makes a 3 sometime during this NCAA tournament, it just will be in mop up. Teammates seem to love him....
i am a big fan of blow outs, tooI would also love to see an increase in ash’s minutes because that would mean the hawks are doing fantastic if he can get some minutes in.
Who does Ash score against in these games (the walk-ons of the opposing team), and at what point in the game (when the game's already decided)? I watched Ash play in a summer league at Mt. Mercy U. prior to his first year at Iowa, against DIII and NAIA players - no DI players. Yes, he's grown some since then and maybe gotten stronger, but at that time he struggled to get a shot off vs that competition. And he couldn't guard most of those players 1-on-1. There's a reason Ash has not played meaningful minutes. My intent is not to disrespect him as I think we all know how important scout team players are to the success of a college team. And I appreciate his contributions to the team in that way.

Quit being so serious, dude. No one wants Ash to get minutes when it matters.
There are some on this forum who think Ash should play meaningful minutes. Can't remember who, but someone said he'd be a great fit at Drake. No.Quit being so serious, dude. No one wants Ash to get minutes when it matters.
