At this point, I see one more win and that would be at home against Washington. The rest are Ls bringing our final record to 14-14. Thank gawd we padded our win total early against the usual cadre of bunnies. Can you imagine what kind of crowds we're going to draw the rest of the way?

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they steal one at some point, since the team seems to have not packed it in yet, but yeah. Even if they do, it's been a really crappy season.

Worst case 0-7 finish, not likely but given how depleted we are, it’s possible. I would say best case is 3-4, sort of a pipe dream. 1-6 or 2-5 are most likely.

If we could hit a few more 3’s and get decent effort on the boards, we could win a couple.

It would be fabulous for the Hawks to get to 20 wins, but by itself it isn't sufficient to keep Fran. Unless there is good reason to believe there would be a major upswing next year, the program could use a change.

Multiple wins in each the Big 10 Tournament and NIT. Fran has only won multiple BTT games and multiple postseason Tournament games (NCAA or NIT) once. The 2013 NIT run to the title game, and the 2022 BTT. That's it. Otherwise Fran has been 1 win and out every other year, if not first round loss.

So you're banking on something happening that Fran has shown very little history of doing here.
