Aj Puk, class of 2013 from Cedar Rapids is pitching for Florida in the CWS right now on ESPN. He's in the neighborhood of 6'7", a lefty, and brings it in the mid 90s. Pitchers of this calibur are uncommon but just an example to show the state of Iowa produces top level talent on a pretty regular basis.
