As we mentioned previously, the Iowa coaching staff will be out and about recruiting the next couple of weeks during the evaluation period. This is when they stop by high schools and check in on prospects, watch them workout or practice in some states, and talk to their coaches but can't really speak to the kids themselves.

Anyway, one of the stops yesterday for Coach Jim Reid was O'Fallon HS, which is kind of interesting.

I spoke to Coach Joggerst from O'Fallon and he said that Iowa was checking in on four-star RB Kentrail Moran (Illinois commit) and inquiring about former player Dewayne Hendrix, who is transferring out of Tennessee this spring.

I asked Joggerst last night if Hendrix was interested in Iowa and he said he didn't think so. This morning, Hendrix announced that he will be attending Pitt this fall.
