Yeah, I'm not seeing anything close to a number 2 ranking at this point. Maybe he's one of those guys that wrestles at the ability of his opponent.

Good first half. Glad to see Cullen ride out and the. Win In sv. Finishing on top.
Long way from March. His first year with the program. Maybe he always starts the year a bit slow? Will reserve judgement until January at least.
When Kennedy gets his gas tank back he's going to be a force.
Yup and a helluva lot more majors. Less effort, less TD's, higher score.
All it's successfully done is inflate the numbers.

Overall fun to watch. More action than prior meets. Great match by Schriever; let him take 133 for awhile.
By the eye test and action he looks the part. First match and tank was full too! 🤩

FYI, Ayala's opponent (Babin) is ranked #22, went 2-2 at NCAAs last year. Is their second-best guy.

I’d put the over/under PSU national champs at 3.5 and finalists over/under at 5. If they hit the over on both they’ll obviously get there, but I don’t see that. I could see them going under champs and over finalists and scoring 165ish.
Can you re-certify or do you only get the 1 certification at the beginning of the year?
I agree with this - regardless hoping to see one of them emerge as a solid AA candidate.
Schriever checked a big box for his first match of the year. Teske hasn't been doing that so far.
This, and maybe Teske is banged up, but we all know what excuses are.
You could see the moment in the match where Schriever knew that he had it even though he was behind. I would like to see some consistency out of either one. Teske looked like crap at Luther than looked like a world beater against Oregon State and shit the bed at Iowa State. Need more matches from Schriever.
