I love watching those guys. NBA on TNT is the best studio show in sports. And the Open Court shows are fantastic.

BTW, for all the crap people talked about Shaq during his career, the dude knew how to play C.

While Iowa does not have a Shaq-like player they do have bigs that can develop in to some awesome players. I like these instructionals because they also involve plays off-of the post position. Drawing double teams then kick to the open shooter or cutter.

Keep in mind, there's going to be a difference in what a big can do in the NBA and what they can do in college. With the difference in what is allowed defensively, team defense specifically, some of the things they show would work much differently in the college game. Help defense is a completely different animal in the NBA than in college.

Pemsl also has an ideal build for post work. Wide low base with long arms.

Basically the oposite of Woodbury who had a high center of gravity with short arms.
