Wonder if it goes both ways, can renters also give just 3 days notice they are moving?
What was the PreCovid law? I'm a relatively new landlord so I really am interested. Are they saying that if my tenants' rent is due on the 1st and I haven't received rent by the 4th I can give them an eviction notice? It was for those not paying rent. It is just reverting to the PreCovid law
I know nothing of the topic. Does this apply? What was the PreCovid law? I'm a relatively new landlord so I really am interested. Are they saying that if my tenants' rent is due on the 1st and I haven't received rent by the 4th I can give them an eviction notice?
I’m sure it’s section 8I know nothing of the topic. Does this apply?
"which requires landlords using some form of federal assistance"
Maybe you got some government rehab money or something? Idk.
If that's the case it wouldn't apply to my situation. Even if I were able to evict someone for being 3+days late on rent, I would still give them a little more time. I was under the impression that 30 days notice was the standard for a month to month from my experience watching The People's Court!I know nothing of the topic. Does this apply?

Nope, not doing it right. Trying too hard. It’s about time Iowa has done something to overturn a wrong and overburdensome regulation forced upon landlords by a heavy handed Trump administration.
Am I doing this right? I’m new at this someone let me know.
