Not sure if many of you caught this: a freshman from Grundy center, Judd Jurvosky, set the state record at Coldwater in Ames with a two day total of -11. -8 on day one -3 on day two.
Played from the tips and and he only had 2bogies. It was an impressive performance.

Good for him taking advantage while he can. If he's anything like the rest of us, soon his back will start to hurt, and he'll find a girl, and that's when the golf game goes to hell.

Holy shit man……THAT is some serious shooting! First day he shot 30-33…..,.,pretty solid. There is a lot of places to get ur ass into some trouble there.
