If you're expecting hundreds how much beer to you expect to go through in 150 minutes? I'm just curious how you go about figuring how much beer you'll need so you don't run out. Do you assume each person will have 3 or 4 and try to land somewhere around that number? Same goes for hard liquor. A couple bottles of each type of common booze? If people don't buy it you're stuck with it (until the next tailgate of course). Just seems like it would be hard to guess for that sort of thing.
