This is why win-loss records are not descriptive. Beating shit teams means nothing when it comes to comparative purposes. The Western Division of the BiG was weak this season. So weak, the Championship game between the two divisions was not competitive; a 26 point spread.

Iowa went into the Citrus Bowl with injuries and key players out. So did Tennessee. including the starting QB and key defensive secondary players. The lesson learned was ABC's poor judgement selecting a team incapable of generating any watchable entertainment value except 50 yard punts and chasing opponents running into end zones.
