Watching the replay... KSU pitched the ball at the 23.... And the RB touched it at the 23.5 yard line. CLEARLY a forward pass.

Don’t feel sorry for anybody in a 12 team playoff. Everybody had a path when season started. The teams with difficult paths in Big 10 and SEC also have the most income to improve themselves.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone get a safety on just a normal play from outside the 20 yard line. Almost one quarter of a football field lost on an intentional grounding call. That was incredibly terrible football.
