It's been nearly a decade and a half since Lickliter was here. Good teams and good coaches turn things around much quicker than that.
Lickliter was a coach on the rise before he took the Iowa job. 3 dreadful years in Iowa City derailed his meteoric rise. Fran managed to dig us out from under the floorboards, but there's going to have to be a few significant changes when it comes to recruiting if we're going to claw our way out of the middle.
