Remember the Denver Nuggets under the coach where they used to average around 120 a game. Gabe up around 125 though. That’s what Fran’s system reminds me of. Don’t even bother with defense. It will slow the offense down
I think we’re all being a little hard on Fran. No other coach has suffered from the uncontrollable bad luck of having the other team shoot the best they have all season against us. Night after night. For 15 years.

Well the hope is the right decision is made at the end of the year. Trending towards around .500. With a weak non conference. And playing in a conference that most likely isn’t as tough as years past.
The patient is on life support. And should be sent to hospice.

And as much fun as the CC years were I'd do it again. It's not like we made the Sweet 16 before we had to make that deal.
Exactly this. Tadjo is a work in progress on offense, & that type of player doesn't see the court under Fran. He could block shots, play D, get rebounds, but if he doesn't have a jumper he'll sit behind guys like Pryce Sandfort.

In other words, there is no one to insert into the lineup who is actually P5 talent, so Fran will default to the white guy. Shit, we had a lottery pick on the bench and Fran deferred to the white guy.

It's going to take a new coach for me. I don’t care how many we score. Giving up 101 means a loss about 100% of the time.
They were actually up 51-44 before Maryland hit a 3 to end the half. So I think they were actually outscored 57-19 before a couple junk baskets at the end.
