A better nebby program helps the B1G. The West has been soft and needs Iowa (slightly) and Nebraska (significantly) to raise their games, assuming Wisky continues their consistent dominance. I think the Scott Frost hire brings some excitement and credibility to the league and their program. I realize he has not done anything yet as thier HC, and expectations are unrealistically high, but I think it was about the best move they could have made.
Going into bowl prep healthy is always a plus!

That seemed to be the final straw on his getting canned. He was let go 3 days after it was announced that they didn't think Black Friday was in the best interest of their student athletes due to the short week. Talk about being out of touch with his fan base. Weird how the supposed curmudgeon Ferentz has embraced Black Friday by looking at the positive of the Friday game giving the rest of the weekend for the players to be with their families over Thanksgiving.
Iowa/Nebraska is a good Black Friday matchup. Keep it going. It takes time to turn things into rivalries that both sides really care about.
NO. Why have this game when no one East of I-35 gives a rats ass about Nebraska? See if we can get Wisconsin into it long term. They are a real long time rival. Nebraska can pound sand.
