Prime rib cottage pie for the dual meet dinner, going with a nice pilsner from a local brewer for some suds.

I think we see Nelson and Angelo going tonight, I do think They are better matchups for their guys.
We need bonus from our guys up and down the lineup, these guys are going to wrestle not like Nebby so there will be more opportunity for capitalizing

This one is easy
Get a good hunk of prime rib, cut it into small cubes and sauté with some onions, salt and garlic pepper, you decide how much.
Brown this good then add peas, carrots and beef bone broth or good stock.
Now the key ingredient is packaged Colemans Cottage pie seasoning, add a few packets it needs a good amount to flavor the sauce and get into the meat.
Put this into a large baking dish top with mashed potatoes or we used sweet potatoes this time , bake at 350 until its browned on top and nice and bubbly, enjoy!
