He was in and out of his chair all night. He looked like one of my apprentices moving around fast but not doing anything really productive.Did Thomas Gilman leave his chair by mat side after Ferrari won??
Camera only went over to those coaches a few times and I didn't see him over there last two matches.... cool
How would you change an opponent’s approach? I’m curious… I don’t see going to a knee to be vital to Angelo’s success. I think it’s just something he does. It’s not like he depends on going to a knee for offense.. (Maybe a flip with a half twist into a take down?) But ADS did rely on the bicep clamp for his offense, to a degree. My comparison is more in line with the knee on the mat and how opposing wrestlers combat or change a strategy vs Ferrari. RBY had a strategy against ADS. It worked.
I agree AF will probably adjust as well. He'll never face Plott again, but I bet Plott changes his approach if they did.
I'm "arguing" that opponents will have to figure out a way to attack AF for their offense. How would you change an opponent’s approach? I don't know what that encapsules.
Angelo is successful right now and honestly, I don't ever remember an upper weight guy that wrestled like that in college.
That's good for AJ. Let opponents try to adjust to his style while he just keeps getting better at it. While he attacks from his knees at times most come from a normal stance/tie. He's great at staying low and he's cat quick. And he's a boa constrictor when he gets a hold of a leg. Love it.I'm "arguing" that opponents will have to figure out a way to attack AF for their offense.

He was all over the place. I did see him stomp his little feet on the floor a couple of times arguing with the refs. It just reminded me of the toddler and punk that he is.Did Thomas Gilman leave his chair by mat side after Ferrari won??

110%. Another thing that stands out to me is that Angelo is very athletic. "Comfortable with being uncomfortable", and it's the type of athleticism you're either born with....or you don't have it. Not a comparison, but I think of Patrick Mahomes. Remember watching him in college, and I felt that barring injury, he could be a great one. Those off-balance throws, just some things that can't necessarily be taught. That combined with discipline and dedication to his craft.....has made him who is today. With Angelo's passion for the sport combined with his athleticism, I believe the sky is the limit. That's good for AJ. I was looking to see if he went through the handshake line? He just enough of a douche to have skipped it.He had several tantrums.
Little OT but relatable, Brennan Johnson who is forward with Spurs in the EPl. Had a lackluster at best season last year. Was getting hammered on social media, even by his own fans. Decided to start this season with deleting all his social media accounts. Proceeds to score in 7 of his first 8 matches this season. Long story short, social media including the cesspool is toxic for athletesMany of us did and do have children who were athletes and I 100% understand why Ferentz was so adamant that his athletes stay off social media during the season. Maybe he still does, maybe he doesn't. But social media is toxic and the vast majority of what you will read is when people are upset. Quite frankly gambling has probably made it worse. The ability to be anonymous tops the cake because trolling can be done with ease. It is one thing for the criticism to be leveled at you - it is all together another thing when it is directed at your child because a defensive mechanism kicks in.
I find your comments about the inner truths interesting - but if I were you I would stay away because once the scumbags/trolls know they can get under your skin, there will be more.
He did shake 🤝. Saw a picture of him and Tom shaking handsI was looking to see if he went through the handshake line? He just enough of a douche to have skipped it.

I heard he and Terry’s was a bit awkward and maybe more but I missed it and haven’t found anyone to share details….He did shake 🤝. Saw a picture of him and Tom shaking hands
Didn’t see it but Terry usually flies through the handshake line.I heard he and Terry’s was a bit awkward and maybe more but I missed it and haven’t found anyone to share details….
Anyone happen to catch the moment??
I like the hand on his back…like whoever it is, is just waiting for some shit to hit the fan!
I saw the tail end of it, looked like terry wouldnt let go of Thomas’s hand for a few seconds and Thomas yanked it away with a wtf look on his face. Don’t know if words were exchanged or not.I heard he and Terry’s was a bit awkward and maybe more but I missed it and haven’t found anyone to share details….

Dolph is also 6'5" and 240 #sWell he is almost 70 but the facts are Lundgren does have a Blackbelt in karate and was also a kickboxing competitor and regional champion. I'm not sure it would have been an automatic rag dolling as you say.
Guy behind me at the meet said he strikes like a mongoose.. i thought that was pretty good analogyWe should start calling him "Drago." lol
And if looks could kill....doesn't look like they are actually shaking hands
Put on 25 pounds at least. Skip being a linebacker he’d be a beast at defensive end at 255 pounds plus. Go find another linebacker.😉Kueter needs to make a decision. Gain 30 pounds and wrestle or stay around 230 and play football.
What bothers me is the narrative from some posters is the insinuation that he’s not putting on size or trying to. Seems like he’s putting in significant effort and actually is gaining weight! The size he has put on is probably a realistic amount considering he’s trying to get better at wrestling and not focusing on gaining solely.Put on 25 pounds at least. The issue with gaining size is he’s doing both sports with no significant period to allow him big gains.if he goes back to football this summer - I have no doubt that he will gain the size needed - but the tradeoff is lost mat time
And that is his choice, as it should be. One D1 sport leaves you with little time for much outside of sport and school. I can't imagine he has any time for anything since he's doing both sports. It is all about time management and discipline, which I'm sure he's figuring out.The issue with gaining size is he’s doing both sports with no significant period to allow him big gains.
Ben weighed 2017 going into fall camp. He weighed 234 a year later. There are days he wakes up at 242-243 which means he is close to 250 during the day. It's such a slow process to do it right. He can have a 7-8 pound wrestling practice. He is slowly retaining weight through workouts like he did when he came in at 2017. Gaining weight for him, is part of his job. He works hard at it and wants to gain the right weight. Sometimes he comes out to the house for "second dinner". I am like is this first or second dinner. Just wishing I had his metabolism. And that is his choice, as it should be. One D1 sport leaves you with little time for much outside of sport and school. Part I bolded could not be any more true, especially to do it right. Keep working at it!Ben weighed 2017 going into fall camp. He weighed 234 a year later. Ben will have a great metabolism his entire life. I’m not nearly the height of Ben, I’ve been involved in powerlifting since college. I’d eat meal after meal, weight gainer shakes all day and could hardly put on weight. Dude is in the Iowa freaking wrestling room, grinding day in and day out. Idk how anyone could gain weight doing that. I was sitting my skinny ass in class and doing nothing but lifting and playing video games while stuffing my face and couldn’t do it. Not even healthy stuff, i was fast fooding a at least two times a day. People are talking like gaining weight is easy for the guy.Ben weighed 2017 going into fall camp. He weighed 234 a year later.
