There is a cease fire during the palestinian attack on them a while back, yet they suffer hundreds of rockets fired into them during each one.
That is how they live life.

Sure, that's reality. But that also means they haven't given up more than they have taken. I'm basically on your team here. Israel is the only nation in that area that wouldn't toss me from a building. I just wish they behaved a bit more honorably to make supporting them easier. Part of that would be establishing a real Palestinian state with viable land and contiguous borders IMO. Israel needs to give up a lot more to be the clear good guy in this.

When you steal a people's land you have just two basic options for peace. You can eliminate the old owners or you can placate them. Right now Israel is doing neither, so there is no peace. So either Isreal puts on the black hat and exterminated their Palistinian problem in which case I would guess we would all stop supporting them or they bend over backwards and give the Palistinians such a sweet deal they can live together and smile. Thats reality too. They won the wars, now it's time to win the peace.

I would say this is mostly true.

One of the reasons I feel like I do is because I have a Facebook friend that lived in Israel and have seen and heard first hand. I also follow several Americans that immigrated from Israel and see their views.

I have a good friend that is a Jew and her family came from there.

So I see that side, then I see the MSM coverage of the same damn things and it's disgusting to see how it is twisted by the left

So I started googling these things to see what I was missing. Mere is what I found.

Irgun was a militant terrorist group in the 40's, killed hundreds in Palistine in bombings including British soldiers.

Menachem Begin was a leader in Irgun who went on to found the Likud party as Israel's sixth Prime Minister. This is the guy that made peace with Egypt in '79.

Likud is the current ruling party in Israel. Home of Netanyahu and keepers of a truly IMCC worthy political pedigree.

Now that we know all that, would it be correct to call Israel a terrorist state? I recall some saying Ukrain was Nazi based on similar associations.

1. Does this request process apply only to undeclared, non-military, non-nuclear sites?
2. Is there anytime, anywhere access to declared, military and nuclear sites?

Understanding this will greatly impact my feelings on this deal.

This request process has to do with undeclared sites. We have anytime access to declared nuclear sites (basically anything nuclear related). I don't believe that includes all military sites though.

I really doubt giving us anywhere, anytime access would have been on the table. I don't think we could expect any country to do that.

For the undeclared sites, having to wait 24 days seems like a long time, but I assume we'd be watching the site and would know if they all of sudden started having truck after truck leaving the site trying to dismantle and remove the equipment. And I've read that we'd still be able to detect if they had materials (uranium or plutonium I assume) on site.
