Is Iowa coordinating is portal departure announcements?

Obviously, the Hawkeye football program is not issuing official announcements about guys entering the portal. But I wonder if the players leaving have been asked to space out the timing of their announcements. It sure seems like the news we've gotten so far has been strategically timed:

• Deasfernandes: mid-day Sunday
• Petras: early Sunday evening
• Thompson: mid-day Monday
• Vines: early Monday evening
• Labas: mid-day Tuesday
• Filer: early Tuesday evening

So, then, it's notable that there wasn't a mid-day announcement today (Wednesday). Perhaps this was because All-American teams were announced mid-day today?

It will be interesting to see if we get any announcements this evening, or mid-day tomorrow.
