Is the Rose Bowl as far as they fall?

I'm afraid there is still a chance we would end up in the Peach Bowl versus someone like Houston. I read that the highest ranked non-P5 team is guaranteed one of the New Years 6 games. Hopefully we get anyone else because that's kind of a lose-lose situation. Anyway, if Michigan can beat OSU today I think the worst we would get is Rose Bowl. If OSU wins I would be worried they would get the Rose over us.
Wouldn't it be unfortunate if Tonya Harding had a beef with whoever our opponent turns out to be?
Lose to Michigan St....bet they take Ohio St to Rose and Peach vs UNC for us
What if our opponent is OSU? That would mean a 2 loss MSU and 3 loss UM. And are you saying that a one loss OSU is not in the playoff? Think they would be.
I think they are assuming MSU wins today. If MSU loses the lowest we fall is Rose.
Correct. We need to become big Penn State fans. Then we are right back where we thought we'd be.
Could Northwestern move ahead of Michigan after Michigan got killed today? That would give us a better win than OSU's best win
Apparently, Meyer doesn't think PSU has a chance against MSU. Otherwise, why would Barrett and Elliott still be in the game? Unless he's just a douche who wants to try to run it up.
Not now. OSU to Rose if MSU beats PSU. If MSU wins, Iowa/MSU winner to playoffs, loser to Peach, Sugar or Fiesta.
I couldn't disagree with this more. OSU looks great today. Absolutely fantastic. Iowa matches up much better against MSU.
Time to write off the Rose Bowl. Beat MSU and go to playoffs. Alternatively, hope for an Iowa/ND Fiesta Bowl.
Yeah. Bosa still in the game, too. I never root for a player to get hurt, and I would feel bad for the individual, but I wouldn't feel bad for the coach or the program.
Urban Meyer knows that OSU needs a "statement" victory to move up standings and, if MSU loses, "enhance" OSU's resume.
I don't get the logic of wanting to get to the playoff but being scared of OSU.
I think non-P5 is only guaranteed if in the top 15 or something like that. I could be wrong on that though. Houston is not currently ranked so doubt they get higher than 16.
