Is there a way to cast to a Roku from a PC browser for any content?

I know you can cast Youtube and one or two others, but is there a way (app or some other method) to just cast whatever is on my browser to the Roku?

Chromecast will essentially make your TV a monitor for whatever's on your PC.

As LC pointed out Chromecast is your best bet
