Jmho... ISU has turned things up a notch, getting some promising talent (Colbray), but Iowa still comfortably leads them.
I tend to look more at top #1 or 2 at their weight class and top 10 or 20 p4p, as I think those tend to yield more team points at ncaa tournament.
Not to hijack the thread, and beating ISU is nice, but the real target is PSU. For many years now, they've been landing the bluest of the blue chip prospects... Megaludis, Guilibon, Retherford, Taylor, Ruth, and more recently Nickal, Nolf, Neville, Joseph. Now they just got Hall (probably #1 p4P)
Iowa has a potential superstar in Alex Marinelli in that elite group. Kemerer and Mejia are a couple of others. But overall, Iowa has some catching up to do in the recruiting process vs PSU.
If you add up the last 5 recruiting classes and average them Iowa, OSU and OkState were all ranked ahead of PSU the last 5 years.
