ISU/Oklahoma

Counter Point will have to hang up his troll hat if they lose to Iowa State.
Nah. Iowaaah has lost to ISU 10 times since the last time the Cyclones beat OU. When OU loses to Iowa State 10 times in 28 years (like Iowaaah in 1998-2002, 2005, 2007, 2011, 2012, 2014), then I'll hang it up.

Until then...

By eye test I thought Oklahoma was better team than okie state team they upset too. On the road with 3rd string qb is remarkable. Looked like a senior qb on that last td throw he had.

This is a bigger win by a nose when you consider that it was on the road.
The OSU win vs todays Oklahoma win are a good argument. But which was the most improbable? Their win today or their win against Nebraska in 1992?

I'll be on here other times too. (You don't need to lie to me. It's okay. I know what you are and you seem to be okay with it as well.)
Nice little tampon tantrum there, btw. (Nah, a tantrum would be me crying to the mods to have you kicked. I'm simply pointing out what more and more people are seeing or already know. That you're here just to be an a**hole to Iowa fans. I vaguely remember the story you once told about why you dislike Iowa/its fans.......and it wasn't even a good reason.) Vagisil might take care of that. (You gonna show me how to use it, too?) Have a nice Summer's Eve now, OK?
No thanks. I'm already into Fall.....................

I think the '92 game was most improbable. Nebraska was not ranked as high as OU was yesterday, and the game was in Ames, but ISU was bad that year and totally dominated the Huskers. NU had no turnovers, only two penalties. Cyclones rushed for over 300 yards and were inside the NU 10 taking knees at the end.

It was the biggest win in program history, no doubt about it. Iowa State keeping the Big 12 out of a national title game yet again!

Lol. It's kinda funny when you think about it. Whether ISU pulls off a shocker at Oklahoma or loses by 50 to TCU, the other team trying to get into the playoffs is screwed.

Lol, I kid Cyclone fans, I kid. Big win yesterday! Congrats!

The win in Norman yesterday probably bought Campbell at least two more years in Ames, if he wants them. If he keeps winning big games like that, the offers will start pouring in.
I know ISU fans don't want to hear that, but it is a step in the right direction for the program. If they can be a stepping stone program instead of a dead end job, they'll eventually get someone really good who wants to stick around. Who knows, Matt Campbell might be that someone.

I would say the OU win, given @OK and with the 3rd string qb. Cyclones have a better record against OU than nebraska. Nebraska finished 9-3 and ranked 14 in 1992.

Oklahoma had a 9 game home winning streak against the Cyclones. Lazard's dad played on the team the last time the Cyclones won in Norman.
