Should he be held accountable. Regardless what it looks like. Is being POTUS or a candidate really an excuse for doing as you please without repercussions?

you’d think a party filled with the politically oppressed and poor would hate to see another rich guy skate on by in life.

Non-disclosure agreements are entered into every day in this country. There's nothing illegal about paying people to shut up.

There are possible points of debate on this - does violation of federal crimes trigger a state crime to rise to a felony? Should someone be prosecuted for this type of white collar crime?

Instead you demonstrate complete ignorance of the entire topic. No one is prosecuting him for the NDA. To even respond this way makes you look like either a dumbass or a troll … and you don’t troll very often.

sorry, entire post leaves things up for debate. Facts can't be, conjecture can be

I only voted no because those crimes are misdemeanors, and the statute of limitations has run out on those crimes. Hopefully the Feds will charge Trump over January 6, and Georgia will charge him over meddling in the election.

An accounting "error" of this variety would qualify as misdemeanor,.. Statute of limitations has run out on the possible state infraction,.. Tying this to an imaginary conspiracy to defraud a federal election is opening the door to prosecuting every politician who has ever attempted to take efforts to display themselves in a positive light,.. Phucking joke.

IDK, if u commit enough speeding misdemeanors eventually u run the risk of getting hauled into court.
