I wouldn't use the word obnoxious...more...hideous, embarrassing, predictable, comical...

Choke in the clutch...a sign of poorly coached teams...a senior laden team of chokers is still a team of chokers...

When we were up 8 it did work Gessel got a great look for a open 18 footer.

But of course as he has done way more times than not in his career he missed the clutch shot.

Two fricken trips in a row to Ames where Iowa had the game won and absolutely pissed it away.

That's just it, why is he taking that shot. He doesn't take those shots for basically 37 minutes of a game and then suddenly decides he's the man. Move the damn ball and run the offense. It just infuriates me how they get away with what got them there in the first place.
