Word is that Sheen will announce he is HIV positive.

There have been rumors all over the Internet recently about a womanizing A-list celebrity having HIV, and everyone trying to guess who it might be. In hindsight, it seems so obvious, but perhaps the "A-list" part of the description threw everyone off his trail.

In Sheen's defense, five years ago he was the highest paid actor on television and the star of the #1 sitcom. I'd say that qualifies as A-list.

I totally get that. He has been an A-list celebrity most of his life. I don't think I'd describe him as one now and I was thinking it would be someone who was really hot right now based on the descriptions I'd read.

2) All the other Hollywood bigwigs who have cleaner images, but who have probably shared some of the same "friends" as him? Now that could be shocking and probably why so many are sweating this right now.
