Amen. That interview he held his ground but he was open as you can be within a program. What a guy. Funny thing is, general manager isn’t the worst idea I’ve heard. Especially from everyone from “Chicago.”

He had to dig deep his senior year. I have no inside info, but that knee didn’t appear to be in real good shape and he still made the podium.

Well done. There were actually people on here saying his career performance was actually a failure on his part and the coaching staff. There is no possible scenario where AA’ing all 4 times and even making the Finals once is remotely a failure.

He may have been my favorite Hawkeye to cheer for in the last 15 years.
