Listening to his press conference. Starts with jokes and no response from the crowd, nice. He's pretty proud of himself on this hire. Listing off all of his innovative strategies to ensure that he made an epic hire. Equated the hire to Wisconsin hiring Bo and how many questioned that at first. Said he talked to big 12 officials to get a feel for the sideline demeanor of the candidates, like how their teams come out of time outs. Seemed pretty proud of that one. Genius.

Having said all that, I like the new coach, he'll probably do very well and it sounds like this is a destination job for him.. all in on Ames, Hilton, Hy-Five (he meant Hy-Vee) :)
