Why the hell didn’t Democrats pick her if they wanted to go with a WOC? She would have absolutely destroyed Donald Trump and probably have gotten elected.
Not a chance. You think anything she has to say is going to get the Ryans and abbys of the country to vote for her. I doubt she would have done any better than Harris, but obviously that's just an opinion. I say that as someone who admires the heck out of Crockett.
I think you are underestimating just how unlikeable Kamala is. Yes, I understand In comparison to Trump she’s a Rolls Royce, but let’s not pretend she has a very wide appeal, even within the Democratic Party.
Oh, and yeah, the MIB isn’t even worth discussing, but they are not why Kamala lost. People did not take the time to go vote for her. It’s just that simple. Yes, I think Crockett would have done much better.
She is finishing her first term in the House. She is a talent but is far from ready.

Hines was my rep when I was living in CT and Murphy a senator. They won over a lot of Republicans, myself included.

I think current Mayor Pete might have won with 6 months to campaign. The guy kills it on Fox News and other maga outlets as they just cant keep up with his knowledge and logical way of speaking
If you are talking about Dem Prez candidates leading up to 2028 then Gov Bearshear of TN might and could emerge.
Jim Hines and Sen Murphy are very astute lawmakers. But hardly any House members ever get traction and both of them are from the east coast iirc.
Bearshear is from the middle of the country, a Gov so he has the executive experience of large organizations and budgets, he is a moderate and his last campaign was great and he won comfortably in Turtle Mitch's state.
Gavin Newsome is smart etc but seen as too liberal from Cali. who else is there, Klobuchar is pretty good and midwest and just slightly liberal.
But too many anti-women voters out there and I hate to say it, too many anti-gay and racist voters also.
