Kirk’s offense is not and was never designed to develop wide receivers. Damn… he has been at Iowa 25 years now and you haven’t figured that out yet? Kirk is gonna run the ball, play solid defense, have better than most special teams, value the ball and play the field position game to beat you. He throws a pass every once in a while just to keep the fans interested.
Take whatever angle you want the bottom line is people who follow college football associate Iowa with bad offense.

This is no longer college athletics, and only the rich will advance barring some changes....
The NCAA is on life support as the P4 conferences are taking the whole over. Don’t expect NCAA to do anything without the ok from P4 leadership. NCAA will soon manage a watered down collegiate group outside of the P4 or perhaps all sports other than football and basketball.
