Seriously though, Iowa's unemployment is like 3.5%. One would think the nation would look at us and figure out how to mimic this state. Oh wait, most of the US doesn't like to work as hard as us Iowa folk...
I paid $1.97 for gas yesterday. Not so long ago I was reliable assured that Obama was going to cripple the US economy and destroy domestic oil production.

The government did little to nothing. We hardly ever ran to a budget and things are working themselves out on their own.

You're aware that gridlock had very little to do with the recovery, right? The stimulus, QE, and the Fed keeping interest rates at zero had nothing to do with Congress sitting on their butts.
