What's your point?36 Jordan
34 Garza and CJ
21 Ke Murray
27 Joe W.
Hmmmm
The entry pass isn't the easiest and not everyone is comfortable making it. I'd rather have JW look for his shot than always looking to force the ball inside. You need more than one go to player and he has shown he can do it. Between CM/JB/JT there are plenty of guys who are getting good with the entry pass.Joe W was our only player last night with a P/M minus. Multiple times he didn't enter the ball to Garza when he clearly could have. I know some players might be thinking well Garza is just gonna get double-teamed anyway, but Garza is getting better at spinning out of double teams, finding the open man, etc. Gotta keep entering to him if it's there.
The refs were letting the Wildcats grab, hold, and bump Weiskamp and Frederick the whole game. Kind of hard to run plays for them when that is allowed. Toward the end of the game, it looked like Frederick took a pretty aggressive swing at the defender's arm out of frustration.I was kind of surprised that McCaffery didn't run some plays for JoeW to get him going like he has done in the past. That said, we really do have a deep bench with little drop off like we've seen in past years when the second unit goes in. It's nice when your reserves come in and actually kick your offense into another gear.
