Joey McKenna Interview - Talks about time in IC and Spencer Lee

I got a chance to talk with the 60 kg Junior World Team member, Joey McKenna and since I am an Iowa guy I wanted to ask him about that trip he took to Iowa City this summer. Oh and of couse I had to ask him about this Spencer Lee kid, and is he really as good as they all say? He had some good stuff to say, check it out.

good stuff. Interesting Paddock was mentioned because he seems a bit heavier than who McKenna would roll around against. I'm hoping this means we could have a real surprise at 165 this season. IMO 174 seemed a bit of a bear for him and it will pay off. Unless Paddock could make 157.

Kidding guys but man that would easily be a 5 page thread. We don't really talk much about a guy who is the likely 165 starter. anyone close to him have any info on his progress?

No kidding. Burke would be huge for McKenna to roll around with, but maybe he just wanted the Greco feel? Either way great read.
