Oh I certainly would've taken both. I just don't think King would have gotten an offer unless hill decommitted.

Scary to think of all the DBs prioritized ahead of King. He may literally be the best DB Kirk has ever had and we weren't gonna give him a scholly without a defection.

I think winning the Thorpe Award, being 1st team All American, being tied with school record of most interceptions in a season, being main cog in the best team in Hawkeye history, and the long list of other accomplishments would make him the best DB in KF tenure and one could argue the best DB in program history....although he is probably 2nd behind Bob Sanders in all time fan favorite, not sure he can dethrone Bob on that one. However, if he comes back his Senior season he would at the very least be tied with Bob for all time favorite (at least in my eyes)
