"Soft on crime" LOL. US incarceration rates and prison population are the highest in the industrialized world. When will you ****ing idiots realize that it's not crime that's the issue, it's the underlying problems that cause crime that we need to address. Recidivism rates are among the worst in the world. For profit prisons. The whole systems needs to be destroyed and rebuilt.
