My fellow patriots, we need to do more. Here's to hoping Bondi prosecutes the Demonicrats the same way they have gone after law-abiding patriots.

“law-abiding patriots” meaning those uninvited guests to the Capitol on 1/6/21? Those felons?
Minus the part where many were literally welcomed in by Capitol police who opened the doors and waved them inside

Is That the reason why these felons and treasonists were breaking windows, breaking down doors and scaling the walls to gain entry. To “their” building, you dumb phuque?
Your ignorance truly amazes me. Are you sure you are not OiT's alter ego?

How many years in prison should you get for breaking a window? Or just a fine?

I didn't say they all behaved that way, only that many who did were charged the same as the morons breaking windows (many of whom were feds like ray epps btw). I don't want any leniency for people being violent and causing damage. Max sentencing is fine.

Maga grandma getting years in prison for "unlawful parading" charges after walking through a propped open door is ridiculous though and there are many cases like this that deserve full pardons.

Breaking a window?

Or breaking a window in an attempt to break-in to a secured building?

Or breaking a window in the United States Capital Building in an attempt to disrupt Congressional proceedings?

Or breaking a window in the United States Capital Building as part of an angry mob attempting to disrupt Congressional proceedings so they could overturn the results of a free and fair election?

I think I might decide upon different penalties for each.

“MAGA grandma” probably got a reduced sentence. Sorry scruffy, I just dont buy your “patriot” bullshit…..these guys and gals broke the law, got caught, went to trial, were found guilty or agreed to plea that way and were sentenced. They got for the most part 100% of what they deserved. Plus, I honestly believe everyone of those sumbitches could have been lined up and shot or hung for committing treason against the United States of America. Those “patriots” are scum of the earth.

You mean all those convicted felons now currently in prison and serving time after being convicted for trying to disrupt and/or overthrow the government. Those 'patriots' ?

Judge scolds President Biden for trying to 'rewrite history' in Hunter Biden pardon

U.S. District Judge Mark Scarsi wrote that "nowhere does the Constitution give the President the authority to rewrite history."

For my money, a federal district judge should not go down this road and make gratuitous statements once the pardon is granted about underlying facts of the case. Unless of course the judge is auditioning to be elevated to the circuit court.

Yes it does, because that's what they were doing. Now do all the videos of smashing windows, smashing doors, tearing into locked offices, destroying govt property, assault of brave Capitol police and stealing things. I know you've seen those too.

Stop moving goal posts. I already addressed that, dip shit. Ray Epps still deserves his prosecution. Don't worry, it's coming.

Why shouldn't he comment on Joe's gaslighting?

“For example, the President asserts that Mr. Biden ‘was treated differently’ from others ‘who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions,’ implying that Mr. Biden was among those individuals who untimely paid taxes due to addiction. But he is not,” Scarsi wrote.

In court filings, Hunter Biden said he was “severely addicted to alcohol and drugs” through May 2019.

But his guilty plea admitted engaging in tax evasion after he became sober by deducting personal expenses as if they were business expenses for “luxury clothing, escort services, and his daughter’s law school tuition,” Scarsi wrote.

Hunter Biden “admitted that he ‘had sufficient funds available to him to pay some or all of his outstanding taxes when they were due,’ but that he did not make payments toward his tax liabilities even ‘well after he had regained his sobriety,’” to maintain his lifestyle, Scarsi wrote.

Because once the pardon is issued, what the judge thinks about the case is 100% irrelevant. And 1000% irrelevant if it has to do with the president's rationale for the pardon - it is a matter of absolute discretion, and can be based on a good reason, a bad reason, or no reason.

So what, you say? Well, federal judges should not say things that can be construed as either prejudging cases or otherwise calling their impartiality into question. Including as to future cases that might or might not involve the president's son. Federal judges typically make terribly boring dinner speakers, and for good reason.

Come on scruffy, don't be weak-kneed and spineless, play all those videos of rioters smashing the windows, smashing and breaking in the doors, breaking into govt offices, stealing things from offices, beating brave Capitol police officers with flagpoles and sticks. Come on... show us those picnic-loving 'patriots' actions that caused thousands of them felony convictions and prison time.

Biden lied and the judge pointed out the facts.
Should judges not point out facts?
Are the facts impartial?

How was that done in this case? What specific comments?
comments about disparate treatment of addicts in the context of both the sentencing guidelines and the prosecutorial decision. obviously i don't have a crystal ball as to how specific contexts might arise, but this sort of case-related information is easily within the realm of possibilty

I’m thoroughly amused by the dichotomy of ”There was absolutely nothing wrong with Hunter serving on the board of directors at Burisma. He was well qualified for the position.” and ”You can’t prosecute Hunter for filing multiple fraudulent tax returns. He was too drug-addled to file legitimate returns.”

Or breaking a window of a business and starting it on fire after stealing contents from said business.

This might be the case if Joe had pardoned him without further explanation,.. That's not what Biden did,.. He attempted to change the facts.
