I'm guessing part of it has to do with all the 3 point shooting these days.

Perhaps I'm wrong.

Plus, fewer coaches teach fundamentals for defense. Give me Norman Dale as coach

I was amazed at the teams who fell for brocks pump fakes. The disciplined defenses gave him fits. The ones jumping around got schooled.
