He's had about 6...he's been banned here 4-5 times.

He has also been banned from the Rivals main board....ESPN....HawkeyeNation...and probably any other board he posts on.

At the risk of feeding a troll, I would answer that I am used to seeing this staff take recruiting classes in the 50s and consistently win 7-8 games with them. My only knock on them has been in recruiting. Since 2016, recruiting has bumped up.noticeably. No, a 40th-ranked class isn't going to scare Alabama or Clemson, but it makes me look forward to see what KF and the staff can do with better players. I think 9-3 this year. I will not get carried away about 2019 without knowing who all will be coming back but I think it could be a special year.

2* MLB Jewell 1st team AA
2* OLB Niemann signed as a undrafted FA

2* RB Wadley
all part of that 2013 53rd rated class.

but my point is these are all development players. since the star ranking started KF's class ranking have avg 45.7. the best class was the 2005 class that was rated the 11th best.

that class as RSJR's went 9-4 with a final AP ranking of #20. then as RSSR went 11-2 with a BCS Orange bowl win and a #7 final AP ranking,

during the stretch between 2013-2015 while KF over hauled his staff the recruiting classes were these 53-59-56, once he got it settled with 6 new coaches the recruiting class rankings have looked like this
2016 42nd with 8 true FR playing
2017 40th with 10 true FR playing
2018 39 waiting to see who and how many will play

in the last 2 classes 3 US Army AA Game starters have signed.
OL 4* Wirfs started as a true FR
DE 5* Epenesa Back up to 3rd year starter in Hesse
DT 3* Linderbaum in the 2018 class

the 2019 class is sitting at 34th, OL Miller and OL Endres are both 4*s by ESPN and 247 but just 5.6 3*'s by rivals. give them that 4th * on Rivals Iowa's class moves up to at least 27th.

Simple answer. The recruit rating system is subjective and flawed. Kirk & Co. know how to find players that fit their system and ethos.

but he still has to develop these players. during the change the class rankings were close, but since the changes are done I have a serious problem with how these players are ranked. for example in the 2018 class 247 listed 6 players as 4* players but by the time they put out their final rankings everyone of them had lost that 4th *.

this class is a joke as when these committed here were their rankings.
OL Miller 4* top 100 #88 now 4* #224 this happened shortly after he committed
OL Endres 4* #165 now 4* #356 on the verge of losing that 4th *
TE Lee 4* #185 now 3* # 458 last Time I looked
these also dropped right after they committed.

as of now there are 7 new coaches on the staff that is how big of a shakeup that happened

I remember reading about how KF was wasting his time by recruiting Georgia, well in the 2017 class they got DB Creamer,. 2018 they got LB McDonald and this year it looks like they will get APB Goodson and maybe DE Tomari Fox,.

Georgia is a talent rich state and all it takes is getting that 1st one then other will follow same with Florida and hopefully Texas again.
