Is someone saying only the top 10% should foot the bill? That would be news to me. And it's certainly not how we pay the bills now.They have a different work ethic, and believe everyone should contribute, not just the top 10%.
I still have family in Norway; they would probably be second or third cousins. My sister went there with our uncle when she was just out of high school. Government expenditures are around 50% of GDP. Robust safety net, payments to families for each child along with excellent government subsidized healthcare and education for everyone.
