Never would’ve thought I’d say this but going to the Kings who’ve been so awful for so long has actually been a great thing for him. Unlike other top 5 picks he’s actually playing on a good team and isn’t being relied on being top guy or 2 on the team as a rookie. Fits his role well. Kings have a proven experienced coach a lot of good young talent with an all star in Sabonis along with guys like huerter, fox and Harrison Barnes.
As said with other lottery picks being on bad teams Keegan’s number would probably be even better if he was on a team like the pistons, rockets or thunder.
