Smith had basically the same heart attack I did 9 years ago (March 9 will be 9 years). 100% blockage of the Lower Anterior Decending artery. Get a calcium score, get regular checks and eat healthy and exercise. And remember, not all show classic signs, if you feel weird and something just isn't right, go see a doctor.
