Per Victory for last year.

Of course, that was not the Des Moines Register headline (article on the front page / top fold) the writer pointed out KF (salary/wins) for last year, but failed to apply the same cost/value comparison vs Paul Rhoads.
Excerpt from DMR: 'USA TODAY research of 2014 salaries showed Ferentz also was paid $4.08 million in 2014, which included a $525,000 retention bonus for remaining as head coach on Jan. 31, 2015.' ....... 'If you took Ferentz’s $4,075,000 compensation package in 2014 and divided it by Iowa’s 7-6 record, it comes out to $582,143 per win.'
So, based on the data published by the DMR, Paul Rhoads per victory cost/value last year was over 1.1 million dollars per victory. Rhoads was more than twice as expensive than KF last year.
