In only his second year, it looks like CMC is yet another Clone HC in need of updating the ole resume'. The response from the fan base now falls back to the same old/same old. Outside of drawing a paycheck from the Big 12 tv contract, the wisest move for Pollard would be dropping down to MVC level football.

I am nuts? Sorrry LC u don't take a "voluntary" leave after just your first offense buddy. They had only 2 games that mattered and lost them both. So just a coincidence that he is gone before an unwinnable game after losing the Super Bowl and embarrassed at home against Texas?! And he completely embarrassed the whole program and university this year from his monster dip during an interview, to his appearance arriving at the game last week, to fighting with his coach and teammates on the sideline. I think Campbell is a good coach and did the smart thing. Look, if now (after the Super Bowl and Texas games) you are going to have 4-5 wins, better to have 3-4 wins and look respectful doing it.

I apologize for temporarily forgetting where I was. I will try not to let it happen again.

Yep, it's a "look at me" situation. You had to sense his actions on the sideline during the Texas game were an indication of some "personal" issues.

Hopefully his personal life with his kid keeps him like Manziel on the field but not off it. LC I do appreciate your input and banter. No problem and thanks. Drug violations are an automatic suspension, I think. That's the only reason I would question whether that's the problem. I'm as willing as anybody else to look at his hair and think he's a druggie

This isn't going to be pretty; I just learned that ISU's best linebacker is out for the game with an injury. The bright side is that this was the one game on the schedule that NOBODY thought ISU had a chance in hell to win, anyway. It will be interesting to see what happens at the quarterback position. And we don't need any additional injuries with Kansas coming to town next week.
