This is true. Terrell Pryor didn't sign with OSU until late February is I remember correctly.

On a side note, has there been a recruit this year that has overplayed his hand more than Sails? Didn't he commit and decommit from both Iowa and Wisky and now is looking at schools like Cincy? He gave up the chance to play at above average P5 schools to playing in the AAC...
