KMM selling shirts

You've been negative on all things Iowa. Now you're just being a dick. Time to unwind, dude.
You are correct about that - someone affiliated with Iowa hurt his / her feelings as he / she consistently rips on the Hawks. I don't understand spending time on this board if you don't like the Hawks. Then again there are a few others who posted on this thread that are similar.

You don't know what the hell you are even talking about. Our program probably garners more respect around the country than it does on this board, and it's been a nfl factory comprised of 2-3 star recruits for over a decade.

News flash, no one outside of Iowa knows this or even cares. All they see is a mediocre team tha has fans wearing 2 star shirts. Like I said, if we were near the top of the division or conference it would be one thing. Instead we are proclaiming "Hey we are a team of 2 star athletes" and last year we were 4-4 in the Big Ten. Surprise.

I bet the Vols fans would have gotten a kick out of those t-shirts if Iowa fans had them at the TaxSlayer bowl.

Some of you are exactly right. I mean who do these two think they are trying to exploit the free market system to create a small business. Don't they know they are supposed to go around telling lies to moron radio guys in hopes of selling a book that is never written?
I don't care if it ever gets worn. If I have the chance to buy one to support their efforts I will. Good luck gentlemen, you have always represented Iowa the right way.

All time leader for receptions and doesn't even get a sniff at the NFL. That says something. He probably was a "Health and Sports Science" major and had no possible jobs lined up. I'm all for business ideas but it sounds like he got some money from Hitch and is selling t-shirts that a few hundred drunk hawkeye fans might buy on game day.
So?

Good to see some Hawk fans with some common sense, decency, and respect for others joining the thread. The crowd aptly described by LeroyHawk above was overpopulating it there for a while.

If he wants to make really money selling something he needs to call DJK.

He wasn't the guy, he lived with the guy. He probably wasn't making money getting high. You need a wide-open schedule to sell drugs to the end user if you expect to make money. They weren't caught with anything that would suggest serious trafficking or connections. They were users. Nothing to be proud of, but also not deserving of the scorn STILL offered by some Hawk fans.

I say this to all parents as a non-parent: Your kids are f****d if you're still around and they need college athletes to be role models for them. That's your job. If you're stupid enough to expose your kids to college athletes as role models, then it's also your fault when that backfires. Also, OF COURSE many of your kids will do drugs in spite of your best efforts. If that's you, do you want to know what never helps? Condemning a third party.

I don't stay at 2 star hotels. I get the drift but they need to add something for people who don't know who they are because the 2 start plan does not equal quality.

You think he could afford these threads on an Iowa football player salary?
